CLIENT: Star Group Live
LOCATION: All England Lawn Tennis Club, London
Working at Wimbledon is always a privilege—it’s not just a venue, it’s the tennis venue. For the past few years, I’ve been commissioned by Star Group Live to document the massive temporary build they deliver each summer—hospitality suites, fan zones, athlete facilities, and everything in between.
This year’s brief was to create a mix of high-impact visuals—photos and a 30-second video—for Star’s internal marketing, social channels, and client case studies. The content also doubles as a useful archive for their teams during future builds.
Star plays a major role at Wimbledon, delivering structures that look permanent but are completely temporary—meticulously installed across the 40-acre site. By the time I arrive, their crew has already been working for weeks. We cover a lot of ground—sometimes 10km a day—capturing everything from sleek hospitality spaces and vibrant fan areas to modular StarBox brand activations for IBM, Pimms, Vodafone, Ralph Lauren and American Express and essential welfare zones.
Highlights included the elegant Centenary Pavilion, buzzing Fan Zone Plaza, Pimm’s bar with Centre Court views, and a new gym and physio space for players—an exciting addition for 2025. Backstage, Star also delivered kitchens, locker rooms, logistics hubs, and more.
The final visuals bring all this to life—showcasing Star’s scale, precision, and creativity. More than just great content, it’s a record of what it takes to help deliver one of the world’s greatest sporting events.
