This week I had the privilege of being invited to quality shoe makers Sanders and Sanders of Rushden, Northamptonshire. Just one of the dozens of many cobblers that Northamptonshire is so famous for. The 140 year old company is having somewhat of a resurgence with the opening up of the markers in the Far East and so needed help with engaging social media content and updating of its exhibition stand collateral. The company still stands on the original site and relies on the local talent. Some individuals have been in their employ for more than 40 years. Still manufactured in the traditional method using traditional tooling, techniques and machinery, it is clear why Sanders and Sanders shoes demand such a premium.
